Emilee Fuss Photography – the blog

I’ve been quite busy the past week, which explain the lack of blog posts. If you follow me on Facebook, you know a tiny baby bunny was taking up much of my time, but passed away early this morning. *sniff* Even though I had a rough morning, I was able to have a fun session this evening with the lovely Synethia. She is the girl behind the camera at Synethia Rosa Photography and is working hard to build her young business. She photographed my senior portraits a few weeks ago (I’ll post some shots soon, promise!), and I got to do some headshots for her tonight. We had so much fun exploring Venice Avenue on the island. There was a lot of laughter going on!

Our mini session event last Wednesday was a great success! It was a long but fun day, filled with awesome doggy models, loads of treats, and the never-ending sound of squeaky toys. I just finished editing the 58,398 images from the event (okay, I might be exaggerating, but it sure feels like that many when you’re editing!), and wanted to share a quick sneak peek. A full post will be up tomorrow. Then I’ve got some more fabulous adoptables from HSSC to tell you about, and a fun beach session with two little boys to share!

This handsome little man is Squeak and his ears just slay me!

After getting up at 5 o’clock this morning, saying that I’m exhausted is an understatement. But before I head to bed, I want to share a quick sneak peek from Sadie’s sunrise beach session. It wasn’t easy getting up before daylight, but it was well worth it. Gorgeous light, empty beach, nice weather. Just lovely!

Thought I’d be able to do a full blog post featuring the gorgeous Jen tonight, but I’m way too exhausted (babysat almost all day, and the ambulance came to our house tonight). So, instead I leave you with a sneak peek. We found the coolest blue stairs at the entrance to an art gallery on Venice Ave, and Jen worked them! More photos will be up tomorrow! :)
