Emilee Fuss Photography – the blog

As promised, here is the full blog post featuring all of the fabulous dogs I worked with last Wednesday. It was so much fun meeting and photographing all of these adorable dogs. And I think the owners had a blast watching their pups’ inner model come out, too! I love working with so many unique dogs in one day. And because all of the animals are so different, you can’t photograph them all the same. This really pushed me to try to capture something different about each pet, and I hope I did that.

I want to thank everyone who came out to the mini sessions last week! I had an awesome time and hope you did, too. It was a pleasure working with each one of you and your fabulous dogs. They all did a wonderful job modeling, as you can tell by the images!

First up we had this darling trio – Daisy Mae the Yorkie, Baby the Collie, and their adorable two-year-old human. How cute!

Next up we had Miss Freckles and Pepe, a cute pair of rescued Chihuahuas.

This lovely girl is Bella Rougue, a sweet, timid Chihuahua puppy who was recently adopted. She came in with her big sister, Sweet Margarita, who I photographed at our holiday mini sessions last year.

Margarita was loving the camera. She danced for me last year, too!

And of course, I photographed Mya, the beautiful mascot of Pawprint Essentials. I’ll never get tired of having this girl in front of my camera!

Khaki is all Lab and all wonderful. I LOVED photographing this girl!

Our next model was Bella, a super excited Yorkie puppy with the most high-pitched bark I’ve ever heard!

Holly is a pretty eleven-year-old black Lab mix. She was super sweet and caught onto modeling extremely fast. Once she realized she’d get a treat after I took a picture, she’d run up to me after every click of the shutter for her reward!

And our last models of the day were Poco and Squeak. Poco is a gentle, fourteen-year-old Rhodesian Ridgeback. I was very excited to meet and photograph a Ridgeback, they’re such neat dogs.

And of course, Squeak the long-haired Chihuahua. His ears are awesome!
